Orders are produced and ship as soon as possible.

During COVID-19 pandemic, our orders may be subject to delays. Please bear with us during this challenging time. For the most current estimate of production times and shipping delays please see [Customer Service.]
As pandemic restrictions are lifted, we hope to return to our normal 2-7 business day standard. All of our products are custom made on-demand and 95% ship in two to seven business days. Items where stock has become temporarily scarce or that must be remade due to inadequate quality check may take longer.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates and cannot cancel orders once they have started production.

 

Size Forgiveness Policy

First time shopper? No worries! If your purchase doesn't fit, we'll replace up to 3 items for a different size FREE of charge or offer you a store credit for their value. No need to return your purchase. 

 

Returns

You may return any regularly-priced items* less shipping up to 10 days after the delivery date noted on your tracking information. Items with hygiene concerns cannot be returned such as: onesies, shorts, swimwear, underwear and other personal items such as leather are excluded.
Please note, you must contact  [Customer Service] service and seek authorization to return an item. "Return to sender" items will not be issued refunds.
