Sometimes, though, if a product plays hard to get (you know, those temporary stock hiccups) or needs a little extra TLC to pass our tough quality checks, it might take a tad longer to reach you.
Just a heads-up: Once we kickstart the production of your order, we're unable to hit pause or cancel it. And as much as we'd love to, predicting exact delivery dates isn't our superpower yet. 📅✨

Swish Embassy guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. If you discover a manufacturing defect within this period, please contact our customer service team immediately. Upon verification, we will repair, replace, or refund your purchase at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. To initiate a claim, provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. To make sure everything is exactly as you want, we start creating your order right after you place it, usually getting it ready within just a few days. Because we make these items specially to your specifications, we can't accept returns. However, we totally get that sometimes things might not turn out as expected. So, if there's an issue with a defect or warranty, we're on it. And if you're shopping with us for the first time and your item doesn't fit quite right, don't worry! If your Swish Embassy order has a hiccup (you know, those pesky manufacturing defects), we're on it! You have up to 30 days after your delivery date. Snap some pictures and give a shout-out to our ace customer service team, and they'll kickstart the return process for a replacement, refund or store credit. 🛠️✨

*No Bracketing, Please! Buying the same item in multiple sizes or colors to send back the rejects? That's a no-go for our Size Forgiveness Policy. Bracketing orders will not enjoy size forgiveness.
