Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
Swish Embassy operates on a "Print on Demand" model. That means the products you order are custom made on demand based on your selection of design, size and color. That's why it takes us a little longer to ship than those off-the-shelf guys...
Think of it as t-shirt couture!
Our operating model allows us to provide you with literally thousands of choices so that when you order something from us, you aren't likely to see someone out wearing the exact same thing! The flip side is, this does not allow for a generous return policy as we'll probably have to throw out whatever you return.
So, unfortunately, we do not accept returns of any kind.
- We cannot exchange sizes

We do, however, absolutely stand behind our products and if you feel you've received a defective item, just let us know in writing (email@example.com) and include a photograph showing what's wrong up to 30 days after your delivery date.
